Capabilities
Stated plainly.
Most of this site is written for founders and CTOs deciding who should own their build. This page is written for the people who read for a different shape: partners, procurement, and security reviewers who need the service lines, the platform stance, and the delivery model in one place.
Three service lines.
One operating model underneath, named Compound. The lines below are how the work is bought; Compound is how it runs.
01
Advisory
Where AI belongs in your product and your delivery loop.
Architecture and product judgment before code: what to build, what to retire, where agents create durable leverage and where they are theatre. Delivered as a working assessment against your actual repository and roadmap, not a slide deck.
02
Implementation
Building the system, with agents inside the work.
New product engineering and the rebuild of software that outgrew how it was made. Requirement to reviewed pull request, with an agent layer carrying the repetitive surface so the operators keep the judgment. This is the Embed and Build phases of Compound.
03
Managed services
Owning it in production, month over month.
Production ownership, not handover. We carry the pager, the release path, the dependency surface, and the review layer, and the system gets sharper every month rather than decaying between projects. This is the Run, Automate and Compound phases.
In production today
Anthropic's Claude models, including Claude Code, run inside our delivery system today: in the agent layer that carries work from requirement to reviewed pull request, and in the review and release automation that runs on every change. This is the engine the practice is actually built on, not an evaluation.
Model-agnostic by construction
The system is designed so the model is a swappable component. We route to whichever frontier model is strongest for a given task and expect that ranking to keep moving. Clients are never bound to one vendor by the architecture we leave behind, which is a deliberate design constraint rather than a hedge.
Where the work has been.
Named because we have delivered there, not because the sector sounds good in a directory.
- Financial services and wealth technology
- Regulated data paths, audit-readiness, and long-lived product surfaces.
- Venture studios and multi-product groups
- Shared engineering operations across a portfolio rather than one codebase.
- B2B SaaS going from 1 to N
- A working v1 that now has real customers and needs to become durable.
How the work is delivered.
- Delivery regions
- Australia and the United States, remote-first globally
- Cadence
- Monthly, reviewed at the close of every month
- Engagement contact

Bring the work. We'll bring the shape.
Scope, cadence and commercials are set in conversation against your actual situation, never from a tier on a page.
